Venue setup
MeetingPackage system is built for venues that have bookable meeting spaces. Here is the material for filling in all your venue details.
When you first create a new venue, the setup guides you through all the steps. There are 7 tabs across the top, for you to fill, when you create a new venue:

Basics
Under Basics, you set the basic details of your venue. If you are a Hotel, you can fill in the “Star rating”. Name of the venue will be the name that is visible to the bookers.
Most important part is the “Business Hours”. More of Business Hours, later in this user guide.
Location
Under Location, you can set the address for your venue. The Google Maps pin is automatically set based on the address you provide.
Facilities
Under Facilities there is 4 different sub tabs:
-Facilities
-Additional Services
-Environment
-Sports & Recreation
All of these sub-tabs have a list of attributes you can select for your venues. These tell more about your venue for those bookers who are unfamiliar with your venue. These are visible in the bottom part of your public venue page.
Photos
This is a place for your general photos of your venue. Room photos are saved in different places, so this is only for the general photos that are displayed in your public venue page.

This is the place for your cancellation terms.

Rooms
Under Rooms you can create new meeting rooms and manage your current rooms.

Packages
This setting is used only for those packages that are integrated to legacy Opera S&C systems. For all other use cases, packages are created under Rates & Products, in the left hand side main navigation.
Description
Under Description, you can give a free text description of your venue. This is displayed on your venue page.
