Learn how to add pictures to your venue

The next step is adding photos of your venue. These photos will show up in the carousel which the customers will see once they click on your venue profile. A good tip for uploading photos is choosing high-quality photos with good angles of the exterior, interior, meeting room setup, and other perks at your venue (spa, fitness centre etc.)

 

 

You can add as many photos you like. Click “choose files” first and after you have chosen the pictures from your computer, click upload. You will now see the pictures in the middle of the page. NOTE: Even though it’s optional to add photos, it’s highly recommended to add them as the clients prefer seeing pictures before booking.

 

It’s important that the pictures you upload have high enough quality so that it gives a good impression to the clients of your venue. The system will notify you if the resolution isn’t high enough and instructs you what is the minimum resolution requirement. To change the order of the pictures, bring your cursor between the file name and the little trash can (place marked with the red star in the picture below) and drag and drop the pictures to achieve the desired order. The first picture on the list will be the main picture of your profile.

 

When you scroll down the page, you can also add a 360 -photo of your venue and a video. For the video, insert the embed code of your video, not the URL where it’s found.

 

Click the “Floppy Disk” button to Save the photos afterward.

Now, you can take a look at how the photos display on the final view by clicking the “Preview” button, next to the “Save” button.
