Learn how to add your Terms of Cancellation to your venue
It is important to upload your T&Cs before your venue is visible on our Marketplace. When you will start receiving enquiries, guests should be able to clearly see how many days in advance can they modify/cancel their reservations, what are your refund policies, do you require payment before the event - if so, the full price or just a percentage, and so on. Every piece of information that can be useful to clients should be displayed here. If you do not have the terms uploaded, you will get a reminder message under every enquiry through the system.
