Manage bookings in the calendar

If you want to see basic details of the booking, just hover your mouse over it in the calendar and the basic details are shown in a box.

To see more details, click the booking on the calendar. This opens a window, where you can see the customer and event information. On this window, you can change the status of the booking. If you want, you can also send a proposal to the client directly from the system. For that, click “Manage booking”.

This will take you to the order management page. The order management page works the same way as the one you use when you receive a booking through MeetingPackage or your own booking engine. Update your prices to the quotation at the bottom part of the page. You can add new rows from the blue “Add a line item” button. When you are ready, save the changes.

You can also set a provisional hold date for the client. Just fill in the date and click “Update”. When your quotation is ready, click  “Send email”.

 

A window with an email template will open. It shows automatically the client’s email address. You can modify the message by clicking in the text field.  When ready, click send. Through the link in the email, the client can access the order management  to see the quotation and send you messages and confirm the request.
