How to Manage Venue Rights in MeetingPackage
This guide explains how to manage venue rights in MeetingPackage using the settings panel. Venue rights determine what permissions each user has when managing venues on the platform. You can invite your colleagues to join and co-manage the properties with you.
Navigate to Venue Rights
-
In the left-hand side menu, go to Settings.
-
From the Settings list, select Venue Rights.
This section allows you to add or manage users and define their access rights to specific venues.
Select the Venue
If you're managing multiple venues:
-
Use the dropdown menu to select the correct venue.
- Then click Add New Moderator to assign access to that venue.
Add User Details
-
Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the person you're inviting.
-
Choose which permissions this user will have by ticking the boxes.
Assign Rights
You can assign any of the following permissions:
-
Venue admin: Grants full control. Admins can invite or remove other moderators and modify users permissions. If you want to change the Admin rights from yourself to another user, you can do so after the other user has accepted the invitation. You can then click the round tab for Venue Admin to this person.
Note: Admins don't necessarily have to have all rights, but every right has to be associated with at least one moderator.
-
