An overview of the calendar functionality
Through MeetingPackage, you can sell your meeting rooms and packages with online availability. This means that the clients will be able to make a direct booking to those rooms that have online availability without having to wait for an answer to their request. Every online booking gets posted in the Calendar. The Calendar can also be used to manage your offline bookings. The different colour coding represents the different statuses of the booking e.g. Green being confirmed, orange being an enquiry and red being blocked.
You can use the calendar to manage all your bookings, whether they come through MeetingPackage.com or one of our distribution partners or from the booking engine that you have embedded to your own website.

You can work with your calendar also on a weekly or monthly view. You can change the view by clicking the cogwheel icon at the top right corner of the calendar.
The calendar shows you all the existing bookings for all the rooms in the chosen venue(s).
