We’re proud to introduce three new email permissions for suppliers only to receive relevant emails.
The new categories
There are three new categories for setting supplier permissions under the “My Venue Rights” page:
- Supplier pending emails
- Customer pending emails
- Confirmed booking emails
Note that all user and account-related emails are still mandatory, regardless of the permission settings.
At least one user needs to be associated with each permission group. Venue administrators do not need to enable all permissions, but a permission group can’t be left unassigned.
Supplier pending emails
Users who enable “Supplier pending” emails will receive notifications about orders pending confirmation from the supplier.
Customer pending emails
“Customer pending” emails include notifications about orders confirmed by the supplier but pending confirmation from the customer. The notification email when a customer confirms an order will also be sent to users with this permission.
Confirmed booking emails
“Confirmed booking” emails include notifications about confirmed enquiries or instant bookings, including instant meeting room and package bookings and instant PMS bookings.
