Overall view of sales analytics and statistics of your venues's group sales.

 

The statistics page is a real-time graphical analytics dashboard where you can see your venue's sales performance with all the most relevant KPI's. 

Tip: You can also request tailor-made reporting dashboards. Ask your account executive for more details.

 

You can use filters to view only certain venues, booking sources, or booking statuses with time filters by event date or by create date.

  • Event date: When the actual event takes place
  • Create date: When the booking happened. 

The statistics dashboard includes the following key performance indicators:

  • Booking status and value of the bookings in different statuses
  • Booking source. Has the booking come via offline (calendar, GLP, etc.), direct online (your website), or indirect online channels (any distribution channel such as Cvent, CWT, etc.)
  • Key measurements
    • Count of bookings
    • Avg. definite booking value
    • Avg. delegate/attendee amount
    • Avg. lead time between the booking date and the event date.
  • Full moderator and update logs so all changes to the bookings get tracked.
