Settings – Safe meetings

What is Safe meetings? 

With Safe meetings venue settings you can limit the capacity for all your meeting rooms in selected venues. This feature is handy for situations when e.g. social distancing is enforced or you have a need to limit the attendee count per venue for another reason.

How to find Safe meetings settings? 

1. Click Settings from the main navigation when logged in as a venue user.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Safe meetings.

How to use Safe meetings settings?

• Select the venues or venues you want to use the Safe meetings settings.
• Select the room capacity percentage. Percentages will revise room capacities down to the closest whole number for each room at the venue. This can be modified at any time in function of local regulations in force or venue requirements.
• Write your custom message for Safe Meetings in English. 
• You can add attachments with the message if needed.
• Finally click the check box to show your message in a banner if on your venue page.
