You can access bedroom types under settings when logged in as a venue user. This section allows you to configure various bedroom types for all your hotels.
You can easily filter your index page to narrow down your results if you have multiple venues to manage. You can filter by
- Venue
- Inventory count (how many bedrooms in total per venue?)
- Type (how many bedroom types are there per venue?)
💡 NOTE: The active filter is visible on the filter as a blue text.
When you edit bedroom types, the following data fields can be filled in (* means mandatory field)

| Name* | Text | Your bedroom name |
| Room Category | Dropdown | You can define the dropdown values from global parameters |
| Room type code | Text | room code of your choosing |
| Internal type | Dropdown | Single, Double, Twin, Suite |
| Inventory count* | Number | Count of bedrooms in the selected type |
| Max occupancy | Number | Max guest amount per selected bedroom type |
Feel free to add or remove as many bedroom types as you like.
💡NOTE: When integrating your bedroom types from your PMS, you only need to specify the internal type within MeetingPackage.
