Settings - Availability change message
Learn how to set up an automated message when meeting rooms is not anymore available for tentative enquiries.

Go to settings and choose Availability Change Message. Pick your venue from the dropdown menu, or choose All venues, and compose the message you wish to send to potential customers when their meeting room is no longer available for booking. Press save.
The composed message will be automatically sent as an email to potential customers who have not yet finalized their booking when their meeting room is no longer available for the desired date and time.
