We are now hiding the automatic messages that were displayed when venue admins change the order details. Direct messages will be visible as previously.
Today we have released a change that hides the automatic update log (when a venue updates a line item or changes a detail in the event parameters) on the Order Management page for customers. Venue admins can still see all messages, just like before, but customers will not be overwhelmed by the number of automatic messages.
Direct messages are not impacted. Venue admins can still select who they want to send their messages to (customer, supplier, both, only admin, only admin & customer or only admin & supplier).
This is the supplier view. The message will only be visible to venue admins.
This is the customer view. The message is hidden.
