Here’s a look at what happened during the third quarter of the year:
- Tasks. We now support the creation of generic tasks associated with a specific booking to help the suppliers keep track of all necessary actions.
- Booking documents. Generate customized documents directly from bookings by configuring document templates referencing the booking properties.
- Configurable booking statuses. Configurable supplier-side booking statuses empower suppliers to manage the booking lifecycle more efficiently and precisely.
- Customizable fields. New fields and structure changes for Booking entity, Account and Customer entities.

Tasks
We understand how challenging it can be to rely on your memory or jot down notes next to your computer. Let’s make things easier for you! 🤩
We're excited to introduce Tasks. This feature will allow suppliers to easily monitor all the essential actions related to a booking. Tasks can be delegated to specific users, and they have customizable due dates and automated reminders to ensure accountability.
Minimize time spent on external task-tracking tools and decrease the frequency of forgotten tasks related to your bookings!
Booking documents
You can now generate customized .docx documents directly from bookings by configuring document templates that can incorporate any booking information you require.
This feature includes the use of variables to reference all relevant booking data.
As an admin user, you can choose which templates are available to each venue, ensuring each group can access the needed resources.
Configurable booking statuses
Our platform now offers an expanded selection of booking statuses for suppliers.
These supplier-specific statuses allow for customization, such as changing the status label and opting out of certain statuses.
Bookers will continue to see the same simple statuses as before, keeping it easy to understand the booking lifecycle without unnecessary complexity.
Customizable fields
You now have the ability to configure and customize fields for various entities within your Organization settings. This allows you to create a workflow tailored to your company's needs.
Additionally, we now have a new set of fields for Bookings, Accounts and Customers to make your data entry even more detailed. Our goal with this update is to support you in tracking and understanding your interactions and transactions even more effectively.
Other improvements
Here are a few more improvements we've made:
- A new booking button on "My bookings" allows the creation of multi-day bookings.
- Calendar multi-property view.
- Venue filtering in the Global lead passing page (GLP).
- Enabled searching through "My bookings" by using the event name.
