In the second quarter of the year, we launched a new Calendar and introduced Bedroom types, among other features.
Summary
Here's what happened during the second quarter of the year:
- Calendar. We have built a completely new calendar version from the ground up. It now has a more streamlined design and better functionality.
- Bedroom types. Venues can define custom bedroom types to match their actual offering and provide a more realistic proposal to their customer.
- Group Requests page. We have also rebuilt the Group Requests page to make it more compact and readable, and it also has more powerful filtering.
- Integration improvements. We are now live with Cvent and Venue Directory integrations.

Calendar
We have redesigned and rebuilt the calendar component from the ground up, focusing on providing a more user-friendly experience.
Now, you can click and drag on any available calendar slots to easily create a booking on the desired meeting room.
The calendar also works with our S&C integrations to provide a unified view of available inventory, regardless of whether one or multiple S&C solutions are used. It also supports viewing and managing bookings across multiple venues.
Bedroom types
Venues typically have custom bedroom types, so being able to reference them on our platform will make your life much easier. Now, you can configure bedrooms to match your real venue offering and provide a more realistic proposal to your customer.
You can configure the Bedroom types in the Venue settings section. When assigning bedrooms to a booking, you'll be able to choose these custom bedroom types, which will then be visible in the proposal sent to the customer.
In cases where the venue is integrated with a PMS, this information will be pushed into the S&C, and soon, we'll make it possible to pull the bedroom types directly from your PMS.
Group Requests page
We have also rebuilt the Group Requests page. Check out the beautiful new table — it's much more compact and easy to navigate!
In addition, this table includes more powerful filtering and the option to choose which columns are visible. This will make finding and visualising the exact information you seek much easier.
We aim to gradually upgrade all table-based pages to follow this new design and functionality.
Integration improvements
We are now live with Cvent and Venue Directory integrations, solidifying our position as the first and largest CRS for Groups and Meetings & Events.
The current integration allows for instant booking of meeting rooms. In a future release, we'll also add support for group bookings and multi-day bookings.
Using MeetingPackage as the CRS to control distribution strategy for the demand channels allows you to use one software with direct connectivity to your Sales & Catering or PMS.
Psst: If your S&C has not yet been integrated, let us know, and we will work to ensure that you can fully benefit from our solution.
In addition, you can now import a booking from OSEM PMS / S&C into our platform by providing a Block ID. This feature allows venues to send our beautiful eProposal to their customers.
To try it, simply click the "Link booking" button on the My Bookings page.
Other improvements
Here are a few more improvements we've made:
- You can now add a discount code to a Company Account.
- You can choose whether the proposal breakdown should display taxes and agency commissions.
- Packages are now displayed in full detail on our booking page.
