product update 6-2026

This summer we've been busy. Some of this update is the kind of behind-the-scenes plumbing that makes everything just work better, and some of it is the kind of thing you'll notice the second you log in. Either way, it all adds up to less friction for you and a better experience for your bookers. Here's the rundown.

New: Instant Quote

Instant Quote: Every RFP answered in minutes, not days.

Your team already knows the pattern. An RFP lands overnight, sits in a queue behind twelve others, and by the time someone gets to it the planner has three proposals from someone else. The enquiry was winnable. The delay lost it.

Instant Quote closes that gap. It takes an inbound Groups, Meetings & Events RFP from any connected source, checks live availability and pricing in your Sales & Catering system or PMS, applies your rules, and sends back a branded, priced proposal. Automatically, at any hour.

See the video above for better look.

Here's what we have improved

A paper trail for your Instant Quote settings

Every change to your Instant Quote rules — organisation-wide or property-specific — now lands in a dedicated Logs tab, complete with who changed what, the old value, the new value, and when.

Dynamic pricing gets a proper home

Set pricing rules at the organisation level and let individual properties inherit them — or override them where local market conditions call for it. The new dynamic pricing setup supports stepped, linear, and exponential rules with guardrails on uplift and rate floors, all manageable from a dedicated venue-level editor.

Order Management updates

multiselect

Multi-edit arrives in the order management system

Selecting several items in your order management system event table now pops open a single edit modal instead of forcing you through one line item at a time. Change spaces, swap layouts, apply a discount, or delete — all in one motion. Same-category items even get an availability check baked in, so you're not left crossing your fingers. Less clicking, more doing.

Custom status colors now show up on the calendar

If you've set up custom colors for your booking statuses, they'll now follow you onto the calendar view — not just the default yellow-for-pending, green-for-confirmed combo. One glance at the function diary now tells you exactly where a booking stands, no clicking required.

See the customer's name on the calendar block

Booking numbers are great for us, less great for a quick glance at who's actually coming in. There's now an organization-level setting to show the customer's company name on calendar blocks instead of the booking number — so you can tell who's who without opening a single booking.

copy booking

Copy a booking to another hotel — with the details intact

Copying a booking from one property to another (or the same one) now carries packages and line items along for the ride, and plugs straight into RFP automation on the other end. No more re-typing what was already agreed, no more mystery bookings left dangling at the original hotel.

Copying a booking lets you pick a new start date on the spot, and choose whether revenue should come along for the ride (it does, by default). Perfect for turning a template booking into next month's booking without starting from scratch.

Group Request

Group request page gets some real workflow muscle

The group request page now stays expanded by default, so multi-venue requests don't hide their status behind a collapsed row. There's also a new column showing whether a business block has been created (with a filter to match), plus an "assigned to" filter — handy when you're juggling dozens of live venues and just want to see your own patch.

Group Request Template now embeds via iFrame

The Group Request Template can now be embedded directly into your own hotel website via iframe, instead of sending guests off to a standalone page. Same fields, same validation, same workflow — just wrapped in your own site instead of ours.

Booking Engine

Discount codes can now travel with your embedded search

If you embed the booking engine search snippet on your own campaign pages, you can now pass a discount code straight into it. The discount field shows up already open and pre-filled, so guests land on a pre-discounted search without typing a thing.

Tracking & Analytics

Proper tracking on the new booking engine

Booking Engine pages now carry our standard Google Tag Manager container, so the traffic and conversion data you're used to seeing from the classic booking engine now flows from the new one too. No dashboards left guessing.

Analytics that actually match Google's own rulebook

E-commerce tracking on Booking Engine now follows Google Analytics 4's standard schema — consistent event names, proper item pricing, and the fields GA4's built-in reports expect. If you've been squinting at incomplete e-commerce reports, this is why they'll start filling back in.

That's the lot for this round. As always, if something here sparks a question — or you spot a setting you didn't know you had — reach out to your account manager or our support team. We'll keep the updates coming; you keep the bookings coming.
