Organisation settings - Fields
Configure and customize fields for various entities within your Organization settings.

Customizable fields in MeetingPackage
You now have the ability to configure and customize fields for various entities within your Organization settings. This allows you to create a workflow tailored to your company's needs.
Additionally, we now have a new set of fields for Bookings, Accounts and Customers to make your data entry even more detailed. Our goal is to support you in tracking and understanding your interactions and transactions even more effectively.
Navigate to Fields Configuration

From the left-hand menu, go to Organisation.

Click on Fields at the bottom of the submenu.

You'll see separate tabs for:

Company account
-
Agency account
-
Customer
-
Booking
-
Understand the Field Structure
Each tab contains a list of custom fields that include the following columns:

Name: The field label.
-
Type: Indicates whether it is a "Global parameter" or other type like text or number.

Enabled: Shows whether the field is active.

Mandatory (Booking only): Marks if the field is required.
Clicking the field type (e.g. Global parameter) will redirect you to the corresponding section in Global parameters for further editing.
Edit or Enable Fields
To modify fields:

Click the blue Edit button on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Toggle Enabled to activate or deactivate a field.

Toggle Mandatory (where applicable) to make a field required.

Click Save to apply changes.
Manage Global Parameters
Global parameters control the values available in dropdown fields across various sections.
To access them:

Go to Organisation > Global parameters.

Select the relevant parameter tab (e.g. Lead source, Event type).

View and edit the list of values and their abbreviations.
These values are reused in fields that reference global parameters, allowing consistent configuration platform-wide.
By configuring fields and global parameters properly, you ensure that users input structured, relevant data consistently throughout the system.
