Save your team valuable time by setting default values for market segment and cutoff dates at your venue. These defaults are automatically applied to all new bookings, streamlining your process. If a specific booking requires a different value, you can easily adjust it as needed—otherwise, the preset default remains in effect.

Select your default value from the drop-down field for
- Booking with bedrooms
- Booking with meeting rooms
- Booking with bedrooms and meeting rooms
Cutoff dates
When default cutoff dates are enabled, you can specify how many days prior to the event’s first day the cutoff applies. If a booking’s lead time is shorter than the default cutoff period, the cutoff date field will remain empty.
