Overview of the My Bookings Page

The "My Bookings" page is a central feature within the MeetingPackage platform where users can manage their bookings. Upon logging into your account, you can access this page to view all your bookings in one place.

Appearance of the My Bookings Page

  • The page displays a list of all your bookings.
  • Each booking entry includes essential details such as the booking status, which indicates the current state of each booking.

You can adjust filters and columns in the main view according to your needs. 

Default filters are

  • Venues
  • Status of the RFP 
    • The statuses may include labels such as "Supplier should confirm," "Customer should confirm," "Prospect," "Tentative," and "Definite."
  • Company
  • Booking ID

Additional filters include

  • Create date of the RFP/Booking
  • Event date
  • Source of the booking
  • Booking type (Instant, Booking request, Enquiry)
  • First and Last name
  • Payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Not defined)
  • Event name
  • Booking owner (a colleague who is managing the booking)
  • External ID (to map with connected systems such as S&C, PMS, or CRM)

The same filter fields can be adjusted in the view as per preference.
