MeetingPackage Venue Inventory Report

The MeetingPackage Venue Inventory Report gives you a clear, structured view of how complete and ready your venue portfolio is for booking. Instead of manually checking each venue or relying on scattered data, you work from a single report that covers your entire inventory — from venues and meeting rooms to bedrooms, packages, and catalog items.

This allows you to:

Identify venues, meeting rooms, or catalog items that are missing key information
Track published and instant-bookable status across your full portfolio
Monitor PMS connectivity and web bookability at every inventory level
Spot gaps in images, descriptions, and room setup before they affect conversion
Prioritise where to focus your inventory management efforts

How to get it?

This is an add-on service. Contact your customer success manager to get started. We'll provide you access to the MeetingPackage Venue Inventory Report and explain what each page means.

What does the report include?

The MeetingPackage Venue Inventory Report includes 5 pages. On the right side of each page you have filters available — some apply across all pages (Brand Name, Venue Name, Venue Profile Completed, Country, City) and some are specific to the page you are on.

The pages are:

Venues: A top-level view of your entire venue portfolio. Shows published status, instant bookability, profile completeness, and bedroom type availability — along with a full inventory table showing which venue features and integrations are in place for each property.

Meeting Rooms: Inventory status for all meeting rooms across your venues. Shows which rooms are instant bookable, web bookable, and PMS-connected, with lead time analysis by weekday and room category.

Bedrooms: Setup and image status for all bedrooms. Shows completion rate and image availability per bedroom, with a country-level breakdown to help you identify where setup is lagging.

Packages: Configuration status for all packages. Shows PMS connectivity, meeting room linkage, and web bookable status so you can see which packages are ready to sell.

Catalog Items: Online and integration status for all catalog items. Shows which items are visible online, PMS-connected, and correctly linked to packages.

Venues page

The Venues page includes the following KPI cards (showing % and count out of total venues):

Published Venues — how many of your venues are currently published on MeetingPackage
Instant Bookable — how many venues have instant booking enabled
Venue Profile Completed — how many venues have a completed profile
Bedroom Types Added — how many venues have bedroom types configured

Venue inventory table shows a per-venue breakdown with the following columns: Venue ID, Venue Name, Country, Total Venue Count, Is Published, Has Business Hours, Is PMS Connected, Has PMS Bedroom Enabled, Has PMS Meetingroom VAT%, Has Meetingroom, Has Address, Has Description, Has Taxonomies, Has Pictures, Has Terms, Has Rooms, Has Instant Rooms.

Venue details table shows address-level information: Venue Name, Venue ID, City, Country, Postal Code, State, Street Address, Business Hours.

Meeting Rooms page

The Meeting Rooms page includes the following KPI cards (showing % and count out of total meeting rooms):

Instant Bookable — how many meeting rooms are available for instant booking
Has PMS ID — how many meeting rooms have a PMS ID configured
Web Bookable — how many meeting rooms are bookable via the web

Charts:

AVG Minimum Lead Time by Weekday — average minimum lead time broken down by day of the week, shown by delegate group size
AVG Max Lead Time by Meeting Room Category — shows the maximum accepted lead time across different room categories

Meeting room inventory table shows a per-room breakdown: Meetingroom ID, Meeting Room Name, Total Meeting Room Count, Venue ID, Venue Name, Venue Country, Meeting Room Category, Instant Meeting Room, Web Bookable, Shareable Meeting Room.

Meeting room details table shows full detail per room: Meetingroom Name, Meeting Room ID, Venue ID, Venue Name, Venue Country, Created Date, Last Modified Date, Meeting Room Category, Min Capacity, Max Capacity.

Bedrooms page

The Bedrooms page includes the following KPI cards (showing % and count out of total bedrooms):

Bedroom Setup Completed — how many bedrooms have their setup fully configured
Has Bedroom Images — how many bedrooms have at least one image uploaded
Bedroom Setup by Country Code — a stacked bar chart showing Yes/No setup completion split by country

Bedroom inventory table shows a per-bedroom breakdown: Bedroom ID, Bedroom Name, Total Bedroom Count, Venue ID, Venue Name, Venue Country, Has Bedroom Type, Has Bedroom Code, Has Bedroom Images.

Bedroom details table shows full detail: Bedroom Name, Bedroom ID, Venue ID, Venue Name, Venue Country, Room Type Code, Room Type, Status, Bedroom Images.

Packages page

The Packages page includes the following KPI cards (showing % and count out of total packages):

PMS Connected — how many packages are connected to your PMS
Linked to Meeting Rooms — how many packages are linked to at least one meeting room
Web Bookable — how many packages are available for web booking

Package inventory table shows a per-package breakdown: Package ID, Package Name, Total Package Count, Venue ID, Venue Name, Venue Country, Is Web Bookable, Is Linked to Meeting Room.

Package details table shows full detail: Package Name, Package ID, Venue ID, Venue Name, PMS Code, Web Bookable, Description.

Catalog Items page

The Catalog Items page includes the following KPI cards (showing % and count out of total catalog items):

PMS Connected — how many catalog items are connected to your PMS
Is Web Bookable — how many catalog items are currently visible and bookable online
Linked to a Package — how many catalog items are linked to a package

Catalog inventory table shows a per-item breakdown: Catalog ID, Catalog Name, Total Catalog Count, Venue Name, Venue Country, Is Online, Has PMS ID.

Catalog details table shows full detail: Catalog Name, Catalog ID, Venue ID, Venue Name, Category Name, Status, Is Online, Is Part of a Package, PMS ID, Has Unlimited Quantity.
