MeetingPackage Performance Insights Dashboard

A structured, in-depth collection of reports to analyze your Groups, Meetings & Events business performance.

MeetingPackage Performance Insights reporting provides a structured, in-depth way to analyze your group business. With this tool, you gain clear, consolidated visibility into how each of your venues is performing across key metrics such as revenue, conversion, and demand patterns.

Instead of manually combining spreadsheets or relying on assumptions, you work from a single, reliable source of data. This allows you to:

- Track performance consistently over time

- Identify trends and seasonality in your Meetings & Events and group bookings

- Compare venues or segments based on objective data

- Make informed, data-driven decisions to guide your revenue strategy

By learning to read and interpret these insights, your team can systematically adjust pricing, packages, and distribution to drive revenue in the right direction.

How to get it?

This is an add-on service. Contact your customer success manager to get started. We'll provide you access to the MeetingPackage Performance Insights dashboard and explain what each report means.

What does the dashboard include?

The MeetingPackage Performance Insights Dashboard includes 11 pages, and each page has 10-15 reports or a few table rows of crucial information. On the right side of the dashboard you have the ten most common filters available at all times, which are Brand name, Venue name, Country, City, Booking status, Source category, Request type, Grouped delegates, Event category, and Created - Month.

The pages are

  • Overview: A high-level snapshot of your overall business performance. Shows total and confirmed revenue, bookings volume, and how demand is coming in by source (Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Offline), request type, and delegate group size.
  • Demand: Focuses on the volume and nature of incoming requests, regardless of whether they were won or lost. Shows what events people are enquiring about, how far in advance they book (lead time), group sizes, event durations, and average price points across room types and F&B.
  • Conversion: Tracks how well your business is turning enquiries into confirmed bookings. Shows conversion rates over time, revenue from confirmed bookings, and how conversion varies by category, booking duration, and delegate group size.
  • Closed - Not won: Analyses bookings that didn't convert, broken down by the reason they were lost (e.g. Availability, Budget, Customer Cancelled, Turn Down). Helps identify patterns in lost business so you can address recurring issues.
  • Venue Report: A per-venue breakdown of performance. Shows each venue's booking conversion rate, volume, instant booking share, and revenue — useful for comparing venues or identifying underperformers.
  • Lead Response Time: Measures how quickly your team (supplier) and customers respond to enquiries. Highlights which venues are fastest or slowest to respond, and tracks trends over time. Slow response times are often linked to lower conversion.
  • Customers & Accounts:  Shows performance by corporate account or customer company. Identifies your top accounts by booking volume and revenue, and lists their most recent bookings — useful for account management and sales prioritisation.
  • Channel Manager: Focuses specifically on bookings that came through third-party channels (e.g. VenueDirectory, Event Logic, Cvent). Shows revenue and conversion by channel source so you can evaluate which partnerships are performing.
  • Discount Codes: Tracks the usage and revenue impact of discount codes. Shows which codes are most used, the revenue they generate, and the individual bookings they were applied to.
  • Event Calendar: A calendar view showing revenue by day, giving a visual picture of busy and quiet periods. Also includes M&E-specific KPIs (Meeting Room & F&B combined) and a booking detail list filtered to the selected date.
  • Data Export: A full, unfiltered table of all booking-level data. Designed for users who want to export raw data into Excel or another tool for custom analysis. Contains all key booking fields in one place.
