Booking data download modal updates
Last month, we released new features to the booking data download options. This month, we've made two additional updates:
- Added a "Sources" field to filter bookings by their source
- Reordered and adjusted the overall layout
Group booking
The upcoming group booking feature will allow suppliers to capture group bookers looking for multi-day, multi-room bookings. This is a big step towards the direction we're dedicated to aiming for, which is to make even larger, multi-day events bookable online. We can't wait to share details of the bigger picture we have planned, so stay tuned for future updates.
Customer order management and proposals
Here's a sneak peek of a big update: We're revamping our order management system from the ground up to serve multi-day, multi-room bookings like a breeze. The first update will be visible to bookers, who are greeted with the new experience when managing their bookings. And as if that's not enough, this view is designed to also work as a beautiful proposal page. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, as this feature is still in development. While we don't have a specific timeline to share just yet, you can expect to see something later this year.
