Summer brought us the long-awaited group booking feature. In addition, we updated Google Analytics to version 4 and improved our integrations.
Summary
Here's what happened in June and July:
- Group booking feature released
- Google Analytics updated to version 4
- Integration improvements to Infor and Delphi
Let's take a deeper dive!
Group booking
In February, we released the first sneak peek of the group booking feature. Today we're glad to say that we have released the feature after careful design, thoughtful development and rigorous testing. That was quite a ride for everyone involved, but we couldn't be happier.
This first phase of the feature will enable venues to let group bookers send multi-day, multi-room group requests through an intuitive checkout flow. In the next phases, we'll expand the feature to cater for more demanding needs, such as real-time availability.
We'll let you know when the next major releases are coming up, but we're already thrilled to see how this first phase will help venues to capture group bookers.
Google Analytics v4
We've updated our system to the newest version of Google Analytics, version four. This enables venues to gain the most precise data and make the most out of that data.
Integration improvements
We've made significant updates to our integrations. For example, venues using Delphi can now enjoy the MeetingPackage pricing engine with their Delphi packages. Also, Infor integration is proceeding well, and now a booker can make enquiry bookings with real-time availability.
That's it for the summer update, see you again in September!
