Configuring Promotions and Offers in MeetingPackage

MeetingPackage allows venues to create and manage promotional offers to attract clients and boost bookings. This guide walks you through setting up promotions within the platform.

Accessing Promotions and Offers

Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Select Promotions and Offers from the settings list.

Here, you can view existing promotions and create new ones.

Add a New Promotion

Click the + Add Promotion button.
A pop-up modal titled Add promotion will appear.

Choose Venue(s)

Use the dropdown field at the top of the modal to select the venue to which this promotion applies.

⚠️ If a selected venue already has a banner, a warning will notify you that the new promotion will replace the old one.

Set Visibility

Toggle the switch under Booking engine if you want the promotion to appear publicly to customers during booking.

Enter Promotion Content

Fill in the content section:

Title: This is the main headline of the promotion shown to customers.
Description: Write a short summary of the offer.
You can localize the promotion in other supported languages by clicking “+ Add Translation.”

Save the Promotion

Click Create to publish your promotion.
Your promotion will now be visible to clients (if the visibility toggle is enabled).
You’ll now see it listed in the Promotional Banner table along with:
- Venue name
- Title
- Language
- Visibility status

💡 Notes

Each venue can only display one promotional banner at a time.
You can edit or delete a promotion at any time from the banner list.
Translations help ensure visibility across international markets.
