Learn how to add and manage customers in MeetingPackage

You can either manually input or upload from a csv file your existing customer list to  MeetingPackage. This makes it faster for you to create calendar bookings when you can search the client details from the customer list. All your booking engine customers are automatically saved to the customer list.

In order to add the customer lists manually, go to Customers on the left side menu.

 

Choose from the dropdown list whether you want to create the customer to all your venues or one specific venue.

Click the blue button “Add Customer”

For uploading your customer list using a CSV file, you can first  download a template and insert your data there. Then click the Import from CSV and select the correct file.

 

An MP Account Number can be used to associate multiple customers to the same company. e.g. John and Chris makes a booking for Nokia. Nokia account is generated with a default MP Account number. A hotel can add this MP Account number to John’s and Chris profile indicating that John and Chris both are Nokia bookers.
