Learn how to change or reset your password
Forgotten password
Should you have forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot username or password” on the login page. Then enter the email address you used to register on our website and click “E-mail new password”. An email will be sent to you to verify your account and provide you with a recovery link to enter a new password.
Changing your password
On the Dashboard under your information there is a link called “Change your password”. Just enter the current password and the new one (twice). Next time you log in you will need to use the new one.
