Reset or change the password
Have you forgotten your password? Learn how to reset your password or change your current password.
Forgotten password
Should you have forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot username or password” on the login page. Then, enter the email address you used to register on our website and click “E-mail new password”. An email will be sent to you to verify your account and provide you with a recovery link to enter a new password.
NOTE: Your email address is your username. In order to reset your password, the user name needs to match the existing user name in MeetingPackage. Email address is used as a username in MeetingPackage software.
Forgotten your username
If you can't remember what email address you used as a username to log in to MeetingPackage, please contact us from here by asking to grant user rights to your venue profile.
NOTE: Your email domain needs to match the venue name or chain. If you use Gmail, Outlook, or other free domains as your email, we will contact you to verify that you are the rightful user for the venue profile.
Changing your password
On the Dashboard, under your information, there is a link called “Change your password.” Just enter the current password and the new one (twice). The new password will be required the next time you log in.
1. Login to your MeetingPackage profile
2. Go to My profile on the left navigation menu
3. Click the change password link on the MY PROFILE card.
4. Write your current password and then the new password you want to use. Reconfirm your new password by writing it twice
5. You're done! You should see a notice that your password has been changed.
