MeetingPackage & Caspeco integration interface supports the following functionalities : 

  • MeetingPackage checks the meeting room availability from Caspeco
  • MeetingPackage can create Enquiry and Confirmed meeting room booking with F&B and technical items in Caspeco
  • MeetingPackage can cancel a booking in Caspeco 
  • MeetingPackage can create a Company record and Booker in Caspeco 
  • MeetingPackage can register a payment in Caspeco if credit card payments with Stripe is connected to the venue 
  • Changes done in Caspeco are synchronized into MeetingPackage 

All the actions only for bookings or RFP's which are created via MeetingPackage booking engine
