Auto Cancellation
As a venue owner, you know that sometimes a customer doesn't answer a proposal. As a venue admin you can set rules to cancel an event booking automatically. You can configure the auto cancellation rules for each venue individually or edit the rules in bulk for selected or all venues.
You can set the auto cancellation rule based on the expiry of the provisional hold date or if the event date has passed. Once the cancellation date or the provisional hold date has passed, you can trigger emails automatically to the customers.
The auto cancellation feature is available for all of our customers and should make it easier to maintain your bookings.
You can find auto cancellation from Settings menu item when logged in as a venue user.
