Auto Cancellation
As a venue owner, you know that sometimes a customer doesn't answer a proposal. Up to this point, it was the venue's responsibility to cancel the unfinished or unresponsive bookings manually. But not anymore! From this point on, venue owners can set rules to cancel an event booking automatically. You can configure the auto cancellation rules for each venue individually or edit the rules in bulk for selected or all venues.
You can set the auto cancellation rule based on the expiry of the provisional hold date or if the event date has passed. You can even trigger emails automatically to the customers once the auto cancellation has happened.
The auto cancellation feature is available for all of our customers and should make it easier to maintain your bookings.
