Learn how to add prices to meeting rooms

This article shows you how to add different prices to your meeting rooms including Hourly, Half Day and Full Day rates. Minimum spend, seasonal pricing and discount rates can also be added to the meeting rooms under the Rates & Products option. 

 

 

Next, enter the room hire fees excluding VAT. If you leave the rates unfilled, the clients can enquire rates. However, it’s recommended to add rates as this increases the transparency and makes it easier for the clients to make their decision. This in turn reduces the number of irrelevant enquiries you need to handle from clients that are just enquiring for prices. 

 

You can choose to enter the hourly rate and the client’s total charges will be calculated based on how many hours they are booking for. Another option is to enter the half day and full day rental fees. Half day rate is shown to clients that are booking for 2- 5 hours and full day rate to those that are booking for 6 - 10 hours. 

 

You can also enter seasonal prices to the system. This way, you don’t have to amend the general rates for high or low season.
