Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5 Sales and Catering Integration

Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5 Sales and Catering is a full-featured customer- and event-management application which integrates with MeetingPackage using OWS

MeetingPackage & Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5 Sales and Catering integration with OWS supports the following functionalities : 

  • MeetingPackage checks the meeting room availability from Opera S&C
  • MeetingPackage fetches meeting room, F&B and Item prices from Opera S&C (if so wanted)
  • MeetingPackage checks item inventory from Opera
  • MeetingPackage creates Enquiry and Confirmed catering package and meeting room booking with F&B and technical items in Opera S&C
  • MeetingPackage creates a Company and Contact profile in Opera
  • Changes done for a booking in Opera are synchronised back to MeetingPackage

Integration is available from Opera version 5.0.04.2 onwards.
